Solution Sales Executive – NiCEJoin NiCE, a market‑leader in AI, cloud and digital solutions, as a Solution Sales Executive. Your role is to provide sales and go‑to‑market (GTM) support to increase adoption of NiCE Compliance solutions (Communication capture/recording, Communication Archive, and Markets and Communications Surveillance) within the Financial Markets sector.What’s the role all about?Analyze market opportunities and detail how NiCE can address them.Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure continued revenue growth and support all new opportunities.Deliver solution ideas that create measurable value, improve ROI and profit for NiCE.Interact with industry bodies to understand regulatory changes and document their impact on customers.Act as a trusted advisor, educating customers around NiCE’s solution offering and adapting to their evolving challenges.Have you got what it takes?Minimum 8 years of communications and/or trade compliance experience; ideal candidate has a leadership role within diverse banking/trading environments or a trade floor consulting firm or trading technology company.Subject matter expertise in trading compliance, trade execution processes, and trading operations.Business development experience focused on enterprise/SaaS solutions within Financial Services.Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel as required.Knowledge and SkillsStrong partnership skills to deliver added value across all client touchpoints.Internal partnership with the Compliance Product team to advocate for enhancements and new solutions.High performance team contributor with proactive client engagement and a strong focus on excellence.Self‑motivated with a “Can‑Do” attitude and approach.What’s in it for you?Work in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and creative environment, with flexible hybrid model (2 days in‑office, 3 days remote per week).
