The Role As a graduate engineer, your day‑to‑day tasks will vary, exposing you to all aspects of our work to find your fit. Engage in live projects from day one across sectors from healthcare to hotels. Provide detailed, coordinated, and cost‑efficient public health design advice to our diverse client list. Produce specifications, calculations, and reports for above‑ground and below‑ground drainage systems and hot and cold‑water services, meeting standards, budgets, and deadlines. Work across education, healthcare, retail, residential, and commercial projects, always challenged and stimulated. Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Acoustics, Lighting, Sustainability, Utility Infrastructure, and Fire Engineering specialists. Use the latest computer‑modelling software such as CAD and Revit. Undertake site surveys, research ground‑breaking technologies, and participate in continuous CPD and learning opportunities. Attend meetings, visit construction sites, and contribute to project progress. Receive dedicated mentorship and the best training to support your development. About You To be successful in this role you’ll need: An expected or achieved 2.1 or above IMechE or CIBSE accredited degree or equivalent qualification in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or similar. A master’s or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Previous placement or work experience in a similar industry is an advantage. Understanding of CAD or similar modelling software is an advantage. Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
