Avant Homes is a housebuilder operating in Scotland, the North East and West of England, across Yorkshire, the East and West Midlands and Wales, with eight regional offices and a Group head office employing over 600 people. We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve them. Our mission is to provide affordable yet aspirational homes to our communities. The Role We are looking for a Group Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Group head office in Barlborough, Chesterfield. The role involves supporting the Group Marketing team by managing the consumer website, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating on marketing materials and campaigns. Key Duties Website audits and updates using the CMS system (copy and photography) Write blogs, proofread brochureware and other branded communications Upload and tag photography via Digital Asset Management software Update details and administrative information for upcoming and live developments Create and send email and SMS campaigns Support social media scheduling and content creation Collaborate with the Group Marketing team on campaigns and ideas Manage TrustPilot reporting Administrative support: manage Group Marketing email inboxes and raise purchase orders Qualifications Strong interest in digital marketing and proven writing skills Excellent communication, creativity, and a willingness to learn Broad knowledge of IT software, especially Microsoft Office packages Experience or interest in web management and CMS systems Strong organisational skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Benefits Discretionary bonus Buy, sell and accrual holiday scheme Private health care Company pension Life assurance Exclusive Avant Discount Platform Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Marketing and Sales If this sounds like you, join us and be a part of Avant’s future success Please note: we reserve the right to fill this vacancy and/or remove this advert prior to the vacancy end date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
