A well-established and entrepreneurial real estate investment firm is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Equity Fundraiser to join its London-based team. With a strategic and hands-on approach, they work with a diverse range of institutional and private investors, offering bespoke investment opportunities in the real estate sector.

Role Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Equity Fundraiser, you will be responsible for capital raising and investor relations, driving the firm's fundraising initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying and engaging institutional investors to raise equity for real estate investments.
  2. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with investors, providing ongoing updates and insights into investment opportunities.
  3. Structuring and presenting investment proposals, working closely with internal teams to align offerings with investor needs.
  4. Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investors and emerging capital trends.
  5. Representing the firm at industry events, roadshows, and investor meetings to enhance visibility and attract new capital.
  6. Managing the end-to-end fundraising process, including due diligence, negotiations, and investor onboarding.

Role Requirements
Proven experience in capital raising and investor relations within the real estate investment sector.
Strong network of institutional investors across EMEA.
Deep understanding of real estate investment structures, equity fundraising, and capital markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive fundraising initiatives.
Based in London, with flexibility for travel as required.
