Overview Do you want to play a leading role in shaping the future of our water infrastructure, right here in the Scotland? Responsibilities Lead a talented team to deliver impactful water projects, from initial concept to detailed design, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Work on exciting initiatives such as Hull and East Riding’s Living with Water partnership and Coire Glas, across clean water, wastewater, flood risk, and urban drainage. Influence the future of the industry by partnering with major clients across the UK, including Scottish Water, Northumbrian Water’s Strategic Technical Partnership, and Yorkshire Water’s Storm Overflow Alliance. Act as the technical lead, planning and delivering technical solutions, collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure best value and service excellence, and guiding the multidisciplinary team through every step. Qualifications We are looking for an individual who has a passion for solving engineering problems, the ability to lead and inspire, and the confidence to drive through challenging solutions. You should be a degree-qualified engineer, ideally holding chartered status or membership to a relevant engineering institution (e.g., ICE). Support can be provided to achieve this if you do not yet have it. Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams with strong technical expertise in Civils, MEICA, Process or other relevant disciplines is required.
