Senior Product Owner (ServiceNow) - People Platform Join to apply for the Senior Product Owner (ServiceNow) - People Platform role at Lloyds Banking Group WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites A Senior Product Owner to lead the design, shaping and execution of an exciting strategy to reimage our HR shared services model, focussing on exceptional colleague experience through automation efficiency. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about transforming our colleague experience and business outcomes using the power of generative AI. Success will require a deep understanding of how HR shared service models can be delivered utilising functionality and generative AI in HR tooling. You will lead the product delivery of AI-driven and agentic workflow capabilities within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring automation and intelligent workflows deliver measurable business value, enhance colleague and customer experiences, and align with organisational strategy. What you will be doing: Lead the product vision and strategy, with particular focus on re-imagining journeys using the power of generative AI through ongoing cycles of 'understand' and 'ideation'. Champion innovation and adoption of AI technologies to optimise processes and decision-making using ServiceNow, Workday and Microsoft. Lead a product roadmap: defining and prioritising epics, features and stories which support the product strategy Collaborating with suppliers, product colleagues, engineers, designers and business partners. Senior storytelling and advocacy of a transformed vision. Ensure change compliance of your product Experience and skills: Product Ownership - you own and manage the product backlog through leading cross functional teams to deliver tech changes and driving the delivery of AI-enabled workflows and automation, ensuring quality performance and excellent ongoing service. Leadership - Inspires and motivates teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Demonstrates accountability and ownership for product success, whilst building trust and fostering collaboration across diverse teams Generative / Agentic AI Experience - ideally on the ServiceNow platform Innovation - deliver a bold and innovative approach entrenched in automation through generative AI. A confident problem solver, keeping the people platform moving forwards with emerging technologies Design Thinking - collaborating with design colleagues and working through problems using design methodologies to deliver exceptional colleague experiences Communication - persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and colleagues. Customer Centricity - promote the value of customer outcomes with your team and peers. Anticipating customer needs and using customer input and steer to present targeted, integrated, and outcome-focused solutions and opportunities Technical proficiency - ability to work and collaborate with our suppliers, data and engineering teams on the more technical aspects of the product. Performance & Value Realisation - Monitor product performance against OKRs, delivering measurable business value. Uses evidence and data driven insights to inform prioritisation and product improvements. Stakeholder Management - anticipate and mitigate conflict and shape views to gain long‑term commitment to current and potential future changes. Agile methodologies - experience in applying agile methodologies to optimise innovation development and delivery. Experience of working in an agile team and using agile tooling e.g. Jira & Confluence.
