HRA Recruitment is looking for a proactive, people focused On-Site Account Manager to join our team and enhance workforce management and client service. This full-time position is based directly at one of our key client sites, where you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless recruitment operations and a positive experience for both candidates and the client. Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the client site. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and permanent roles, ensuring timely fulfilment. Providing on-site support to candidates and the temporary workforce, including onboarding, inductions, check-ins, and performance monitoring. Forecasting staffing needs and proactively planning resource levels in line with client demands. Delivering weekly reporting, KPIs, and insights to both the client and internal teams. Resolving issues quickly and professionally while promoting a positive workplace environment. Collaborating with HRA Recruitment’s internal teams to optimise processes and service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or workforce coordination. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational skills. Confidence in working autonomously while remaining aligned with wider business goals.
