Business Development Manager (Drain Services)We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Drain Services) to join our client's rapidly growing team This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers while enjoying a hybrid working model—both onsite and office-based.Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + CommissionLocation: Halifax Hybrid (Onsite & Office-Based)Contract: Full-time, PermanentHours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pmWhat You'll Be Doing:Cold calling and generating new business opportunitiesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with customers through calls, emails, Teams, and site visitsLeveraging your existing network to drive business growthManaging projects and supporting client needsResponding to inbound leads and following up on prospectsPreparing and presenting written quotes to potential clientsMeeting KPIs and sales targets set by managementWhat We're Looking For:Previous sales experience is essential (full training provided on products & procedures)A proven track record in a sales or business development roleHighly motivated with a passion for sales and ambition for career growthExperience in surface water drainage or civil engineering is advantageousResilience and determination to thrive in a competitive environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
