This role involves providing expert consultancy, supporting pre-sales activities, assisting project management, and collaborating with the partnerships team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare systems and a passion for using technology to drive improvements in healthcare delivery.What you’ll be doingto make a difference:1. System Design and Configuration:• Design and configure our healthcare technology solutions to meet client requirements and industry best practices.• Collaborate with clients to understand their workflows and ensure optimal system setup.• Create and maintain detailed configuration documentation.2. Consultancy Services:• Provide expert consultancy to clients on system implementation and optimisation.• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices.• Offer ongoing support and advice to ensure clients maximise the benefits of our solutions.3. Pre-Sales Support:• Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.• Participate in RFP/RFI responses and solution design discussions.4. Project Management Support:• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.• Participate in project planning, kick-off meetings, and regular status updates.• Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues.5. Partnerships Team Collaboration:• Work with the partnerships team to support in life customers with consultancy and optimisation as required by the client.• Work with the product team to integrate our solutions with partner products and services.• Provide technical guidance and support for all customer initiatives.6. Continuous Improvement:• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements.• Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities.Your journey so far...Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a product specialist or similar role within the healthcare technology sector.Strong knowledge of NHS systems, health and social care operations, and international healthcare markets.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in system configuration and design.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for system configuration and project management.Ability to translate client requirements into effective system designs.Willingness to travel as required to client sites and industry events.The Bigger PictureWhilst we value professional experiences and qualifications, we’re committed to maintaining a culture of growth and development here at Radar Healthcare.
