Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in coordinating all phases of commercial real estate projects, from due diligence through design, permitting, construction, and closeout. Prepare, track, and update project schedules, budgets, and reporting documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely submission and review of drawings, proposals, and change orders. Maintain organised project files and documentation, ensuring data integrity in project management systems. Support the preparation of RFPs, contracts, and other procurement materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, or financial reporting. Knowledge in using SAP. Knowledge of construction documentation, permitting, and zoning processes. Familiarity with lease language and tenant improvement coordination.
