We continue to set the benchmark for exceptional client service.We are now seeking an inspiring and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our Primrose Hill office.The RoleAs Head of Sales, you will have full accountability for the success and performance of the branch. You will lead from the front, combining strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to drive results, develop talent, and deliver outstanding client outcomes.Your key responsibilities will include:Delivering all branch targets, including profitability, market share, and overall office performance.Driving individual and team success through clear objectives, ongoing coaching, and inspirational leadership.Ensuring an exceptional level of client service across market appraisals, instructions, negotiations, and sales progression, in line with company processes and standards.Using data, client feedback, and market insight to provide weekly client updates and strategic advice that supports successful transactions.Conducting monthly performance reviews with each team member, identifying strengths, development opportunities, and training requirements.Ensuring full compliance with industry legislation, regulatory requirements, and company service standards.Overseeing all property marketing activity, ensuring listings are accurate, current, and presented to the highest standard.Producing and maintaining all documentation for new instructions, including agency agreements, AML checks, and fact‑finding documentation.Leading and managing the recruitment process for the Primrose Hill office.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑time #J-18808-Ljbffr
