The main purpose of this role is to provide physiotherapy input, as part of a Specialist Multi-disciplinary Team, to patients referred for specialist palliative/end of life care.You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of holistic care to patients, their families and carers on the physiotherapy caseload, both in the community and in Hospice settings. You will support with the delivery of our breathless programme, providing education and exercise to patient groups.
