Your Impact TheThe EMEA Business Development Manager -OEM role is responsible forfor driving the commercial growth of the White Label Solutions/OEM business across EMEA. The role focuses on acquiring and managing OEM partners—including aligner manufacturers, brands, and dental laboratories—while ensuring seamless execution of product customization, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The OEM Manager supports the global business and aligns regional operations with the division’s commercial objectives and long-term growth ambitions. What You’ll Do Architect and execute a comprehensive forward looking strategy for the white label solutions/OEM business line in EMEA, ensuring seamless alignment with company's overarching commercial objectives and long-term growth ambitions. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective OEM partners, including aligner manufacturers, brands, and dental laboratories in EMEA. Support global white label initiatives and provide assistance to teams and customers as required. Lead market-driven initiatives to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the global white label aligner products sector, driving innovation and competitive differentiation. Serve as the executive sponsor and strategic partner for key white label clients, cultivating high-value relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and championing customized solutions that exceed expectations. Oversee the customization of products based on client needs, including branding, features, packaging, and compliance, to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet each partner’s goals. Build and nurture long-term, trust-based partnerships that drive customer retention, recurring revenue, and expansion opportunities. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Production, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient delivery of white label products. Achieve assigned revenue targets and business objectives while consistently meeting established KPIs for the region. Adhere to pricing strategies and profitability benchmarks for the division, maintaining oversight of P&L performance, margin optimization, and cost structures for each partnership. Utilize available tools, reports, and performance dashboards to monitor account performance and support continuous commercial improvement. Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations. Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work-related issues, and elevate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives. What To Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant diploma/experience). 5–8 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or OEM/white-label partnerships. Strong negotiation and closing skills with solid commercial acumen. Skilled in consultative selling and building long-term customer relationships. Ability to navigate cross-border commercial operations and collaborate effectively across functions. Solution-oriented mindset with strong industry awareness and the ability to drive partnership growth.
