Our integrated approach takes projects from concept to completion, combining design excellence with meticulous delivery.Job ScopeWe’re looking for a proactive Client-Side Project Manager to help deliver beautifully designed, technically rigorous, high-value residential projects. You’ll work end-to-end across multiple projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, guiding clients through each stage, and ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are met.This role suits someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys balancing detail with big-picture leadership, and wants to grow into leading project teams in high-end residential construction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support delivery of multiple residential projects from concept to handoverShape scopes, programmes, deliverables and fee proposals with project leadsCoordinate internal design teams and external consultants for seamless collaborationDrive timelines, budgets, risks and quality to hit key milestonesCoordinate the tender processes, assess contractor bids and support appointmentsWork with QS’s on budgets and cash flow forecastingProduce clear, regular reporting using tools like CMAP and ClickUpImprove internal processes and contribute to practice-wide knowledge sharingSkills & QualificationsA ‘can do’ attitude and strong desire to learn2+ years in client-side or consultancy project managementExperience delivering high-end residential projects; listed/heritage beneficial (commercial experience considered)Proven delivery across all RIBA stages with multidisciplinary teamsStrong skills in planning, procurement, contract administration and stakeholder managementFamiliarity with JCT and relevant planning legislationExcellent communication, client handling, and leadershipProficient with PM software (CMAP, ClickUp or similar)Degree in Project/Construction Management, Architecture or related; Chartered (RICS/CIOB) a plusFull UK Driving LicenceIn return we will offer:The opportunity to shape landmark, design-led residential projects, closely collaborating with award-winning architects, interior designers and landscapes teamsClear progression to leading larger, complex projectsSupport for professional development and chartershipA friendly & supportive working environment from our Oxfordshire Studio in Thame, with the option for some home workingFlexible approach to HR, with trust-based flexible working hours driven by allocated tasks & milestones.
