Job Description Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, data transfer agreements, and commercial contracts Manage and assist with legal claims, liaising with insurers and external counsel Conduct legal research and respond to day-to-day legal queries Support on compliance, contract law, IP, data protection, employment law, and more Represent the Legal Team in cross-functional projects and meetings Draft and update internal policies, procedures, and templates Assist with the implementation and training for a new contract management system Maintain stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners Support legal operations including document execution and approval workflows Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements The Successful Applicant Law graduate with LPC or SQE (or equivalent legal qualifications) Proven experience as a paralegal, with full cycle commercial contracts exposure Previous in-house legal experience (desirable) High attention to detail and strong drafting skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Interest in healthcare and the work of a hospital and charity Professional, organised, self-motivated, with a high level of discretion and integrity What's on Offer 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover.
