**CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL PARALEGAL**
**Our client is a well established South London firm, with several offices in the area. Catering for businesses and individuals across the capital, they have had significant success in recent years and are expanding in several practice areas. They arelooking for a Corporate and Commercial Paralegal to join their busy team.**
The Corporate Department has a broad client base from start-ups and sole traders to large owner-managed businesses, private partnerships and public limited companies. They deal with sales and purchases of businesses, Demergers, Joint Ventures, Share Buybacks,
Management Buy-Outs and Buy-Ins, Shareholders’ Agreements, and general commercial advisory work. The department has expanded in the last 12 months and they need further support at Paralegal level.
The role will involve preparation of a range of commercial contracts and assisting Solicitors with transactional matters.It is a great opportunity to gain experience in this area of law, as the boutique size of the firm will allow you to be far more involvedin transactions than many Commercial Paralegal roles.
To be considered for this position, you **must** have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Commercial Paralegal, gained either in house or in private practice.
