About the Role We are seeking to recruit a Care Co‑ordinator (Level 1) into our Mental Health Team who can deliver exceptional standards of person‑centred care and support to customers. This role will provide support to customers promoting and developing their life, health, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Helping with preparation of meals and drinks. Support with domestic household tasks. Administer and record medication. Support with money management. Encouraging community trips and facilitating customers participation. Support with household and personal shopping. Support with meeting friends and family. Support with high standards of nutrition. Adhere to health and safety legislation. Cleanliness and intimate personal hygiene. Opportunities for employment or education. Provide emotional support. Active support techniques and positive behaviour support techniques to increase skill level and achieve set outcomes (training will be provided). Support customers to plan holidays and provide additional payment if needed. These principal responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of duties; only a general guide to the role. In consultation with the post holder, the duties may change from time to time to reflect the changing needs of the customer/service. Benefits & Working Conditions Induction to support your personal development. 37 hours per week (pro‑rated pay if working less). Starting salary of £26,403. Sleep‑in payment of £43.12 per shift completed (where applicable). Designated rota pattern including daytime, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. Excellent training opportunities.
