Key Responsibilities Your main goal will be to drive and execute strategic and operational Finance projects that shape how n8n scales, from systems implementation to fundraising, process transformation, and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll partner closely with the VP Finance and other teams across the organization to build scalable foundations for our fast‑growing business. Strategic Project Management Support the VP Finance with managing and executing special projects, such as ERP or company‑wide planning system implementationsPrepare and execute equity financing rounds, M&A analyses, or debt financing projectsLead or support end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact initiatives that improve efficiency and transparency Operational Excellence Take ownership of key Finance operating functions where needed (billing, cash management, planning cycles)Build and refine intra‑team and cross‑functional processes for smoother collaboration and communicationMaintain and improve best practices that make Finance a proactive business partner across n8n Business Partnering & Communication Act as a connector between Finance and other teams such as RevOps, Data, Product, and GTMEnsure consistent, transparent communication through board prep, investor updates, and internal presentationsSupport the creation and optimization of key materials, from monthly reports to team updates Requirements Must‑haves Strategic Finance experience: 5+ years in Finance roles, with at least 3 in transaction services (Big 4), investment banking, or consulting, and 2+ in strategic finance at a high‑growth tech scale‑upCorporate finance expertise: Supported or executed fundraising rounds, M&A transactions, or other complex corporate finance projectsAdvanced financial modelling: Built sophisticated models for fundraising, M&A, or business scenarios with confidence and precisionProcess transformation mindset: Designed and implemented systems or process improvements in scaling environmentsEnd‑to‑end project ownership: Managed complex, cross‑functional projects independently and delivered measurable outcomesCommunication & stakeholder management: Known for ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable narratives Nice‑to‑haves SaaS metrics expertise: Understanding of core drivers of SaaS businesses (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn)System implementation experience: Worked with ERP, spend management, or billing platformsAutomation curiosity: Familiar with automation tools, bonus points if you’ve played around with n8n Why Join Us?
