The Strategic Finance Manager plays a key role in evaluating opportunities and supporting our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and collaborate with the project business lead to assess opportunities. Review potential partnerships, acquisitions and corporate finance opportunities. Support the development of business cases to secure funding for capital investment projects. Assist the Head of Asset Management in optimising the estate, exploring lease restructuring and growth/development opportunities. Collaborate with the FP&A department to ensure consistency of forecasting and budgeting for strategic initiatives. Provide indicative financial impact assessment to prioritise new project ideas. Support the delivery of a monthly project tracker for parent company. Design and implement a post‑investment appraisal process. Carry out ad‑hoc project work as required. What You’ll Bring Qualified accountant with membership to a professional body (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent). 5+ years post‑qualification experience in the industry. Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior management. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively. Ability to interpret business needs and produce meaningful analysis for finance and non‑finance stakeholders. Hospitality and retail experience is desirable but not essential.
