It incorporates elements of Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Kata, Hoshin Kanri, and Standard Work, tailored specifically to the Dowty / GE Aerospace needs and goals.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Provide overall Lean leadership and coaching; partner with business leadership to develop lean strategy & prioritiesLead as an independent coach and mentor the application of Flight Deck methodologies to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), with safety as the top priorityCoach, drive and lead Lean behaviors, principles, and tools across operational or functional area.
