Job Description R S Electrical in Hednesford Cannock are recruiting for an organised, proactive and keen to learn Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship to provide business support. You will play an important role across both their office and projects teams, providing day-to-day administrative support that helps keep the business running smoothly. Office Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day office administration, including document control, filing and updating. Internal systems Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries to the relevant team Manage and respond to enquiries received via email, phone and the company website Assist with engineer and job scheduling, helping to allocate work efficiently Update and track job statuses from initial enquiry through to completion Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of the office Project Responsibilities Support with material procurement, such as requesting quotes, raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers Assist the estimating team by gathering information, preparing documents and supporting the production of quotations Handle incoming tender enquiries, ensuring all documentation is logged, downloaded and shared with relevant team members Provide administrative support for project and cost tracking, including updating spreadsheets and reviewing progress Work closely with the project teams to support the successful delivery of ongoing electrical projects Essential Qualifications GCSE in English and Maths (grade 9-4/A*-C or Level 2 F Skills) Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience.
