Key responsibilities Lead your team – motivate them to deliver a great customer experience and achieve strong results. Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, stock management, and profit improvement. Create a unique store personality – make the store a great place for both team and customers. Support the area – collaborate with other Branch Managers to reach area KPIs and drive business growth. Required skills & experience Experienced manager ready to advance retail knowledge. Motivation to manage your own store. Strong business management skills and passion for retail. Customer‑first mindset to build a thriving business. Excellent people skills – lead by example and inspire your team. Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hardworking.
