We believe that the right talent can make all the difference, and we're looking for someone special to join our mission What You’ll Do As our Workforce Planning & Transformation Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our workforce strategy. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our talent with our organisational goals. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be responsible for: Analyse & Forecast: Utilise data-driven insights to forecast workforce needs and identify skills gaps. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement workforce strategies that drive transformation. Change Management: Champion change initiatives that promote a culture of agility and innovation within the organisation. Talent Optimisation: Design and implement talent management solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of workforce plans. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should possess: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, organisational development, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and workforce management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
