The team operates collaboratively and embraces agile working practices, sharing accountability for these key tasks. In addition, this position acts as the final point of escalation for DIS-related support tickets, ensuring that complex issues are resolved efficiently. The role also involves assisting the team in delivering targeted customer projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, all aimed at enabling new business opportunities. Qualifications Ability to analyse incoming data and determine the appropriate actions required for recognition, normalisation and categorisation. Experience in resolving problems and handling support cases efficiently. Skilled in performing quality control and quality assurance activities, adhering to established QC processes. Capability to assist with testing of the AT tool, providing constructive feedback and helping to create new requirements as identified by Analysts. Willingness to participate in projects as required. Understanding of applications and cloud solutions. Demonstrates a detail-oriented approach to work. Strong collaborative mindset, working effectively with team members. Possesses strong analytical skills and mindset. Good understanding of computer systems and software applications. Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
