This role will manage HR functions at both sites and oversee two additional sites, Broxburn and Washington. As a truly generalist HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and take full HR responsibility for your sites, managing various projects and initiatives. This is a multi-site role, requiring regular travel.We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple priorities with a positive, can-do attitude. Experience in Logistics/FMCG is advantageous.This role offers an excellent opportunity to join Culina Group, a growing company with approximately 20,000 employees across multiple business units in the UK, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development.The key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner include:Business partnering with General Managers and senior stakeholdersAdvising on and supporting grievance, performance, disciplinary, and absence matters, coaching stakeholdersImplementing the Group-wide HR strategyManaging employee relations issues, especially regarding change and relations with employee representatives and trade unionsSupporting the development and delivery of people plans across multiple unitsInfluencing HR policy development and implementation to meet business needsEnsuring effective performance management processesManaging tribunal proceedings with ACAS intervention as neededManaging TUPE processesThe ideal candidate will have:Experience advising on HR matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and absenceExperience managing organizational cultures and implementing change proactivelyStrong problem-solving skills and system expertiseA proactive, can-do attitudeExperience working in LogisticsCIPD qualificationAdditional InformationWe are committed to making Culina Group a great place to work.
