Position: VP Loan Agency (Transaction Management) Apex is looking for a Vice President to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Madrid. This full‑time role comes with a generous salary and benefits package. As a Vice President, you will monitor and control the periodic or one‑off compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements. You will also support, supervise and train other junior members of the team.
