CNC Machinist – Setter / Operator Location: Brackmills, Northampton Turb Technics is a precision engineering company with over 40 years of experience in the turbocharger industry. We are looking for a new team member to join our busy machine shop. The Role Setting and operating a variety of CNC machines Reading and working from engineering drawings Producing parts safely, accurately, and efficiently Working with a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, plastics, and nickel iron Inspecting parts using micrometers, verniers, and other measuring equipment Following all company policies and procedures About You Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a similar CNC role (training will be provided) Logical and organised, with good attention to detail Able to work to tight deadlines and use your initiative Hours & Benefits 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm Excellent rates of pay (dependent on experience) Attendance bonus scheme Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays (rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 26 days + bank holidays) Permanent role with competitive salary and pension Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Industrial Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
