Rising Hope Education is proud to be supporting a welcoming mainstream primary school in Canning Town that is seeking compassionate, energetic, and curious individuals to join their Early Years team as SEND Teaching Assistants.
This is a training focused role, ideal for those who want to build a career in education and make a lasting difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
About the Role
You will be supporting children in Nursery and Reception who may have additional learning needs or are non verbal, helping them communicate, build confidence, and engage in play based learning.
You will work closely with experienced staff and SEN professionals who will guide and support you every step of the way.

What We Are Looking For
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality
Strong communication and empathy, a true people person
A willingness to learn and take part in training provided by Rising Hope Education
Experience or transferable skills from nurseries, tutoring, playwork, youth work, or care
Graduates with an interest in psychology, early years, or child development are encouraged to apply
