Our commitment to wellbeing and career growth makes us a Top Employer for 14 years running.Position SummaryReports to : Reliability ManagerWorking Hours : Total 42 hours across days per week - 3 x 12 hour day shift (06 : 00 – 18 : 00) aligned with site engineering shutdowns + additional 6 hours alternating Wednesday and Friday each week 07 : 00 – 13 : 00.Salary & BenefitsAnnual Salary : £46,792 per annumQuarterly Incentive : Earn between £1,400 to £3,200 annually, if KPI’s for the site team are met / smashed.Overtime : Overtime may be available.Relocation : Relocation package may be available if criteria is met.Sponsorship : Visa sponsorship may be available if criteria is met.Pension Scheme : We double your contribution you put in 5%, we add 10%.Holidays : Enjoy 23 days off (inclusive of bank holidays) plus your birthday Option to buy / sell up to 3 extra days.Provided PPE : Uniform and safety shoes provided, cleaned and maintained on‑site.Staff discounts : Exclusive access to our discount shop.Virtual GP : This service has been extended to include partners and immediate family.Digital Physiotherapy : Customised programme designed by a physiotherapist – no referral required.Cycle to work scheme : Save money and stay fitElectric car scheme : Drive green with our electric car incentives.Subsidised Canteen : Delicious meals at a fraction of the cost.Long Service Rewards : Celebrate your milestones with us.Extended parental leave : Extra time for your growing family.Free on‑site parking : Convenient and cost‑free parking at work.ResponsibilitiesWork with Maintenance Planners, Line Engineering Lead and Manufacturing Technicians to ensure all planned maintenance is completedProvide additional reactive support to Shift Technicians / Operations teams, when required.Create link with Controls System Specialist, Electrical Duty Holder, Reliability & Condition Monitoring Specialist to support completion of preventative work orders and in‑depth analysis countermeasuresSupport Specialist teams delivering action completion and continuous improvement support.Provide support to ensure maintenance plans, task instructions and stores holdings are correctLead and support improvements through CI initiatives and preventative actions (to include health & safety and food safety actions).Drive and own root cause analysis completion.Creation of Visual Management for Planned Maintenance tasksAmbassador for engineering standards and best practice across siteEffective capture and data quality of all planned / reactive maintenance activities in CMMSQualificationsNVQ Level 3 or equivalent time served Engineering apprenticeship with proven hands on experienceRecognised Electrical / Mechanical academic qualificationAdvanced Electro‑Mechanical aptitudeElectrical Testing & Inspecting - City & Guilds 2391 holder would be an advantageIET 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) qualification is desirableUnderstanding of SCADA control systems, computer systems, networkingWorking knowledge of PLC systems – Allen Bradley and / or Siemens an advantageWorking knowledge of CMMS and SCADA systems and associated applicationsGood manufacturing practicesAdvanced Technical knowledge of Equipment and standardsAdvanced maintenance techniquesAdvanced Problem solvingMechanical comprehensionAdvanced coaching & facilitationCommunication & listeningCuriosity & Learning agilityAbility to influencePrioritisation and Decision makingNumerical & verbal comprehensionDigital competence #J-18808-Ljbffr
