Key Responsibilities Support analyst must be willing to participate in an on‑call rota to provide after‑hours support as required. Participate in a weekday rota (08:00–18:00) to monitor ServiceNow for new incidents. Provide 2nd/3rd line support for application issues, including functionality errors, data discrepancies, integration failures and performance problems, meeting SLA targets. Respond to user queries and guide on application usage. Develop and implement fixes; perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability. Support disaster recovery testing. Act as SME for the application, assisting with new initiatives and enhancements. Manage handover of new or updated functionality from Development to ensure effective client communication. Skills We Can't Do Without Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET. Experience with MVC, .NET Core. Familiarity with SQL Server, including SQL scripting. Knowledge of PowerShell and Windows Server. Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Function Apps and Monitor/App Insights, Entity Framework and Azure DevOps. Experience with Azure DevOps. Skills We'd Like Knowledge of GitHub. Familiarity with YAML pipelines, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and Bicep. Knowledge of Selenium. Experience with .NET Blazor. Benefits 25 days annual paid leave.
