EPR Data Consultant (Global) Valpak Limited – Stratford‑Upon‑Avon, United Kingdom Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time Salary: £26,800 – £28,000 / year Reporting To: Data Team Manager Valpak is the UK’s leading provider of environmental compliance, working with over 400 customers worldwide. About the Role The EPR Data Consultant works closely with Customer Representatives to ensure all data submissions meet high standards and comply with country regulations (waste packaging, WEEE, batteries, textiles etc.). Working with International Compliance Advisors, you will develop knowledge of global environmental waste compliance and help meet all international data obligations. Key Accountabilities Work alongside the customer‑facing account manager to ensure compliance data is accurate and submitted on time. Collaborate with the UK/Global data teams to complete high‑standard data submissions. Collect all required environmental data, including weights and other necessary information. Provide telephone/email support to suppliers as needed. Utilise the EPIC system to input and analyse weights information. Transform data to the relevant format for each country/regulation. Apply tools to verify and improve data accuracy, providing useful insights such as trend analysis. Maintain a strong knowledge of international environmental regulations across multiple countries. Perform data checks for all accounts, ensuring continuous improvement. Proactively seek efficiencies, inspect current procedures, and optimise data automation practices. What We Need From You Skills Advanced IT skills; Microsoft Excel (VBA or other coding knowledge desirable). Capacity to handle large volumes of technical information quickly. Excellent planning, scheduling, and organisational skills. Customer‑focused approach and collaborative working style. Solution‑oriented problem‑solving ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable: experience analysing and manipulating large data sets; interest in environmental issues. Qualifications Degree level education.
