Role Description This is a fixed term, on-site role for a Bid Manager located in Coventry. The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing bids from initiation through to submission, ensuring that all bid processes are followed and deadlines are met. Core responsibilities include coordinating bid activities across teams, preparing and writing compelling proposals, and implementing effective bid management strategies to secure successful outcomes. The role demands organizational acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Bid Preparation and Bid Writing, with strong attention to detail and the ability to create compelling proposals Experience in Bid Management and Proposal Management, including coordinating all aspects of bid activities Knowledge of Bid Processes, Governance and the ability to implement and adhere to structured bid methodologies Strong project management and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site Experience in FM in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry is a plus Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for bid management is advantageous Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
