**Bid Coordinator - Consultancy**

Working for a Utilities consultancy entering the business as a Bid Coordinator to support a busy bid and tendering team

**Hybrid working** - Home based 4 days a week, Office based 1 day a week as required by the bids / tender.

**Location**: - West Midlands region as you will need to get into Coventry once a week.

**Salary**: - £40,000 basic + package

**Role Description**

The Resolute Group are working in partnership with a growing Utilities consultancy that has hit £10m t/o and over 100 employees this year. With growth year on year even through COVID they require a graduate that is looking for a route into the Bid CoordinationTeam.

The projects are all have a change focus, based around digital improvements across the utility providers in the UK. Covering the four key sectors:

- Water
- Gas
- Power
- Telecoms

This is an amazing opportunity to work directly with a Leader within the business. Being mentored and developed into a Utility Specialist Bid Coordinator that will be developed into a Bid Manager of the future. A role where you learn the business, the clientsand how the change projects are successful developed and delivered within the utilities sector.

Day to day activities will change but could include: -- Project managing the bid phase
- Assisting with case studies and setting internal timescales and deadlines
- Supporting the tender team with tender writing
- Providing support to the marketing team to ensure the tenders represent the companies brand

**Your background: -**
- This role is perfect for someone who understands the nature of bid coordination that wants to progress their career in a fast paced, pressurised environment.
- You need some experience of bid coordination not necessarily in utilities as they are open to any sectors as long as you have the desire to learn and develop your skills

**Qualifications / Experience**
- A Level in English Language as a minimum, ideally a degree but open depending on your experience and aspirations.
- Full driving license and a car to be able to travel to client sites or head office if required.
