Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Closing date - 30 September 2025Salary - £27-29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Please feel free to contact us at recruitment@factoryinternational.org if you require any support in completing your applicationPartnership Activation Manager Job Pack - download herePartnership Activation Manager Application questions - download herePlease note this is a 2-year fixed term roleResponsibilitiesDeliver a range of corporate partnerships and associated activity in collaboration with Factory International teamsAct as primary Account Manager for a portfolio of Corporate Partners, cultivating strong relationships with key contacts and their wider organisationsTrack, document and present partnership progress at internal and external meetingsProvide expert stewardship to Partners, including senior stakeholdersSupport renewals by working with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities, track/report on activity, and develop opportunities to increase supportMaintain accurate partnership records in CRM (Spektrix), including activity, ticket bookings and contactsFacilitate onboarding of new partners, ensuring processes and procedures are followedSupport the planning and delivery of a year-round calendar of partnership events, working with the Partnership Activation Lead and wider teamManage ticketing, hospitality and event logistics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersLead on the delivery of activations such as pop-ups, campaigns, placements, volunteer opportunities and other partner event or activation formatsEnsure timely and effective delivery of all partnership activity, including timely project management of all activities and communicationsAssist the Partnership Activation Lead with large-scale activations and supporting account management for multi-year, high-value partners (e.g. Aviva naming rights partnership)Contribute to departmental needs and events as required, including those led by other Partnership Managers and prospecting eventsSupport process mapping and implementation of improved systems across the Partnerships teamSupporting the Partnership Activation Lead on process mapping and implementing of processes across the departmentPerson specificationEssentialStrong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, both individually and in groups; confident in networking and presentingExcellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively across teams and independently on projects; a confident self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving organisationDemonstrated client management skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and build strong relationshipsConsistently delivers work to a high standard, with professionalism and strong attention to detailProven experience in planning and delivering a range of eventsCommitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgroundsDesirableAbility to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlinesPassion for the mission and objectives of Factory InternationalEnthusiasm for training, mentoring and support of emerging talentWhen applying please do not rely solely on ChatGPT/AI software for your answers as it may not fully reflect your skills and experience and how they align with this role and we may decide to discount your answer if we believe it is solely generated by AI.Job detailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Performing Arts #J-18808-Ljbffr
