Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist/Psychotherapist1 day ago – Be among the first 25 applicantsThe Greater Manchester Resilience Hub is a unique, all-age mental health coordination service established after the Manchester Arena Attack on 22 May 2017. The Pathfinder Partnership service aims to create and improve pathways and partnership working approaches for individuals with complex trauma‑related mental health needs associated with sexual assault and abuse, improve access to specialists, reduce trauma symptoms, enhance quality of life, minimise harm and re‑traumatisation, encourage trauma‑informed systems, and build evidence base for new approaches.ResponsibilitiesWork across all partner agencies, primarily within the Hub and Greater Manchester.At the Manchester SARC: refer potential clients into the pathway, deliver formal clinical consultation to partner organisations, present cases at consultation and panel sessions, complete individual assessments and formulation, and deliver a range of interventions including stabilisation and therapy preparation work and direct therapy where appropriate.Provide specialist advice and consultation to partner agencies as required.Provide liaison and advocacy with other professional agencies (social services, probation, drug and alcohol services, housing, etc.).Play an active role in supporting the development of the Hub as a Greater Manchester centre of excellence in caring for those experiencing psychological difficulties as a result of involvement in a major incident or other trauma.Play an active role in the development of qualified and unqualified staff within the Hub and partner agencies.ContactFor further details or informal visits contact: Name: Gillian Szfranski, Job title: Clinical Service Lead, Email: szafranski@nhs.net, Telephone: 03330 095 071All individuals regardless of race, age, disability, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, religion or belief, marriage and civil partnership are encouraged to apply for this post.
