Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities and Accountabilities Achieve sales targets set each month, meeting and exceeding agreed performance objectives & KPIs. Visit customers at their premises (field-based role). Maintain an agreed level of proactive telephone contact. Maximise sales by continually expanding opportunities with upsell & cross selling skills. Ensure CRM is up to date for all communications in relation to your account base and all business opportunities. This includes profiling your customers and developing an awareness of their business structure, key contacts and target markets. Ensure accurate and timely management of all actions to build a pipeline of opportunities. Ensure all customers are provided with accurate proposals, collateral and other information as required. Continually develop your product and technical knowledge to industry standard, including completion of vendor accreditations. Pipeline management. Ensure an up-to-date Quarterly Sales Plan, clearly communicated, manageable, and measurable by company standards. This will include regular individual reviews with your manager or team leader. Communicate and articulate our value proposition and strategy to prospects and customers to differentiate Overline from its competitors. Maintain high levels of customer service ensuring that Overline remains a valued and key supplier. Always act as an ambassador and representative of Overline to ensure a professional image for the Company. Develop excellent relationships with allocated customer contacts. Use all Overlines sales support resources and departments to maximise the customer's experience. About you 3 years experience in an internal sales or field sales role. Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle. Commercial and business awareness with a strong level of negotiation and influencing skills. Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively. Excellent communication skills written and verbally, face-to-face and remotely. Positive energy within the team environment. Job Details Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Work Location: Hybrid. Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends. Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum basic, OTE £40,000, uncapped commission. Benefits: Company events, Company pension. Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
