No 26000 Requirements and Description Job title: Recruiter Location: Oxford Airport, Kidlington - Office based Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) Salary: £26,000 per annum Start date: February 2026 Role Summary At Unifi Aviation we believe people and culture are the heart of our success. We are looking for a tenacious and passionate individual who is comfortable with administrative aspects to the role. This is a great role for anyone looking to begin their career in Recruitment Full training will be provided. Key responsibilities CV screening applicants and conducting telephone interviews to identify the best candidate for the role based on their knowledge, skills and experience and ensure they receive an outstanding experience with Unifi. Attracting suitable candidates through social media platforms, job advertising and our employee alumni. Build talent pipeline by maintaining a network of candidates across key base locations. Maximise representation of the business at recruitment fairs. Maintain data accuracy and integrity, staying up to date with employment legislation. Support administration and ensure systems are up to date and audited. Skills/Qualities required Excellent communication and time management skills. The curiosity and capability to learn what drives a candidate; and how this aligns with the needs of the role. The ability to make things happen. Strong personal drive, integrity, and good humour. Collaborative stakeholder interaction with the ability to positively challenge and input ideas to improve the recruitment process. Creative approach to tasks, employer branding and marketing to attract talent. Inquisitive nature and willingness to learn Aviation specific guidelines and candidate vetting procedures. Flexibility to travel to Unifi Aviation UK & I stations and recruitment fairs/events when needed.
