You will provide essential support to Customer Services staff, executives, and clients while upholding our people‑first philosophy. Key Responsibilities Conduct in‑depth client research and liaise with cross‑functional teams. Provide high‑quality service to clients through prompt communication. Support consultants with new clients to ensure all guides and needs are met. Produce detailed summaries and reports for client meetings. Grow the NFP portfolio using market intelligence and new opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Passion for delivering customer service excellence. Excellent communication and listening skills. Strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities. Innovative mindset with the ability to research and apply new solutions.
