Your seat to fill: Be the reference point of contact between the Brand and the 3PL on site to monitor and manage daily execution (forecast, plan, execute) Continuously identify opportunities to enhance warehouse processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs Regularly monitor and update inventory records using SAP and warehouse reports. Perform accurate and timely stock counts to maintain inventory integrity and minimize discrepancies Generate regular reports to track performance/ KPI and identify areas for improvement Support the quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the required standards and are in good condition before shipping to customers or other locations Block and unblock Stock physically and in our ERP System Overview all incoming inspection to the correct inspection book with the external Quality team Audit Quality inspection, Training of external Quality inspectors on new product quality inspection Report abnormal container shipment and agree on next actions Support reworks in our warehouse, Review SOP for reworks, Support, instruct and train external Quality team in reworks Conduct weekly product audits and occasional quality audits coming from customer claims or production facilities Your stroll to Cybex Proven experience in logistics operations (preferably in warehousing) Basic knowledge of SAP and inventory control best practices Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with team members and other departments Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and record-keeping Strong communication skills in English Experience with Microsoft Office Experience with Quality assurance Independent way of working CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
