This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join a supportive team and gain hands‑on experience in property transactions. What you’ll do When you join the team with Davisons Law as a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer, you will manage your own case load with minimum supervision in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions; handling sales, purchases, Deeds of Variation, remortgages, and transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. You will have a relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents and lenders. Manage own work allocation; must have proven track record as a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer Fee Earner. Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis. Strong organisational skillset, IT literate and experience of using web-based case management systems. Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets. Support/develop assistants and paralegals. Work on freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties. Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone.
