Domestic Supervisor Pay: £26,376.59 per annumContract: PermanentType: Full TimeHours: 37.5 per weekLocation: John Radcliffe Hospital, Headley Way, Headington, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, OX3 9DU We are looking for an experienced Domestic Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Responsibilities Delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning. Monitoring stock levels and placing timely reorders. Ensuring the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures. Providing technical training as and when required. Distributing uniforms, monitoring standard of cleanliness and the use of materials, and ordering stocks as necessary. Dealing with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate. Qualifications Previous supervisory and cleaning experience. Good communication skills, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude. Ability to work to a schedule on own initiative.
