What You’ll Do Research, develop, and review policies that align with our strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Write clear, evidence-based policy briefings that inform decision‑making at every level. Monitor sector trends, regulations, and legislation – raising key issues at the right time. Coordinate consultation responses, working collaboratively with subject matter experts and colleagues. Manage the policy framework and ensure governance processes are followed. From horizon scanning and monitoring legislation to crafting consultation responses for government and key bodies, you’ll make sure Accent’s voice is heard where it counts. Your work will directly influence how we deliver services and improve lives. About You Proven experience in policy development, research, and analysis, preferably within the housing sector. Strong understanding of housing legislation, regulations, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable policies. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups.
