Key Responsibilities: Quality Oversight: Lead quality initiatives across one or several sectors, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Process Control: Ensure the Process Control Plan aligns with Failure Mode Effect Analysis. Auditing: Conduct process audits and analyze results as per quality systems and methods. Documentation: Create and maintain quality control documentation while ensuring training and application within your sector. Issue Resolution: Manage derogations and lead containment actions, conducting root cause analysis and problem-solving. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts and manage non‑conformance actions. Collaboration: Actively participate in Short Interval Management of production lines.
