Eurofins E&E UK is looking to recruit a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will work alongside two of our office-based operational teams, acting as a key primary contact for existing customers and building relationships with new customers as you follow up on sales opportunities and handle customer enquiries.You will support the operational and sales teams, marketing and other stakeholders as we deliver excellent customer service, build relationships, and maximise opportunities to cross-sell our services.Our team is customer-centric, supporting and working together to ensure you meet your goals and deliver the best outcome for the customer. We want to hear from you if you can demonstrate good attention to detail, a robust problem-solving mindset, and thrive in a collaborative environment.Join the Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK Limited team and contribute directly to our customers' development of new products and cutting-edge technologies.What will you deliver?Timely responses to customer enquiriesEffective and timely follow-up of quotationsEffective communication with both customers and colleagues by telephone, email and onlineLiaison across different business units to resolve customer queries swiftly.Ensure data in our CRM and other key tools are kept up to date and managed in real-time.Develop relationships with customers to ensure levels of service are high, and work as part of the larger team to manage the priorities of each customer.Have the drive and passion to create a great customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.Upon joining the Eurofins Electrical & Electronic UK team, you will receive a competitive package with good pension provision, training and development and the opportunity to progress in a growing and ambitious company. The post is full-time (37.5 h/pw), and we offer five weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays.
