Our care technology services provide peace of mind to you, your family, and your friends.About the roleAs the TEC Regional Operations Manager (Central) for Medequip Connect, you will focus on leading the operational delivery and development of Medequip Connect’s Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Installation, Maintenance, and Response operations within our Central England region as per contract assignmentYour day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:You will lead on driving improvement and innovation across TEC Installation, Maintenance, and Response services in support of Medequip Connect’s business planYou will have a continuous improvement mindset to support Medequip Connect in embedding the highest standards required to operate effective TEC services and ensure processes and controls support their achievement.You will ensure operational performance is supported through effective programmes of work and in accordance with the TEC Services Association’s (TSA) Quality Standards Framework (QSF), other applicable standards, and contract specifications.You will lead on driving customer satisfaction withTEC Installation, Maintenance, and Response services and ensure both individual and organisational customers receive a high standard of service.You will ensure effective financial management ofTEC Installation, Maintenance, and Response servicesoperations including being involved in setting annual budgets and management accounts processes.You will ensure effective contract management for those services assigned to the region and act as the contract lead during contract liaison, meetings, communications, and financial operations.You will take the lead on service development in these contract areas, be responsible for driving innovation, financial and operational performance, and contract growth, as well as leading on contract implementations within their assigned region as new contracts are acquired.You will take a leading role when assessing bid opportunities within the region and as part of the wider Medequip Connect Senior Management TeamAbout youAbove all, you will identify and align with our company values:We empower people to be accountable for their actions and performance.We help people with empathy, courtesy, dignity and kindness.We show respect and are trusted by our colleagues, suppliers and customers.We believe in teamwork and are passionate about our work.We encourage innovation and the development of technology.We embrace change and seek to achieve excellence.We deliver cost effective, efficient and safe healthcare solutions.Qualifications and experience required.Management diploma or equivalent is desirableMinimum of 1 year in a Public, Healthcare, TEC or service-based industry roleWhat we offer33 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays)Company BonusCar allowance or company carContinued professional development, training and learning support and opportunities for career progression.Life assuranceCycle to work schemeFree eye test, provided by SpecsaversCare First employee assistance program including free counselling.Access to Perkbox discount platformFree DBS checkWe welcome applications from all sections of the Community as an Equal Opportunities Employer.
