This is a hands‑on leadership role and is ideal for someone who can drive a safe, efficient and productive environment.The successful candidates will be responsible for but not limited to:Planning, coordinating and overseeing all workshop operations and workflowsEnsuring work is completed on time, within budget and to specified quality standards (overtime working may be necessary at times to ensure client needs are met)Managing workshop scheduling to optimise productivity and turnaround timeMonitoring and maintaining workshop equipment, tools, testing equipment and inventoryImplementing and enforcing health and safety regulations, risk assessments and safe working practices.
