Job Overview We have an exciting opportunity to join our Edinburgh branch as Workshop Services Manager. You will be an organized leader, managing the team within the workshop, scheduling work, and planning daily operations to deliver the best service to our customers. This role supports the Branch Manager in the running of the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing the team around you. Salary & Benefits Salary £48,000 plus an excellent benefits package, including: In‑house training to support career progression 28 days holiday + public holidays which increase with service Competitive employer pension Discounts on major retail outlets, including groceries 4× basic salary life insurance Eligibility to receive an annual ‘Company Success Payment’ Key Requirements Organised – forward‑thinking to plan and schedule workload, keeping the workshop running smoothly and safely. Customer service – develop and manage customer relationships to meet current and future needs. Continuous improvement – review and amend processes to ensure the workshop operates efficiently and productively. Attention to detail – operate with budgets, results, and targets in mind. Team player – communicate with different departments to secure properly aligned workshop operations. Health & Safety – health and safety comes first throughout the workshop.
