What you’ll do You will be reporting to the Reception Manager and will be responsible for guiding and inspiring the Host team to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. You’ll have experience working in boutique hotels, delivering unique, tailored and personalised experiences to guests’ concierge services, therefore you will have ultimate London knowledge and well‑established relationships that will offer our guests the very best of what should be had.
