They now require an inquisitive IT professional who enjoys understanding new systems and takes pride in trying to make them better. They are firmly established in their sector and expect significant growth over the next 5 years.Job Function, Technical Knowledge and SkillsExperience and/or a strong interest to support and proactively maintain the company ERP business system within a fast-moving manufacturing environment including:Knowledge of the EFACS ERP business solution or other leading ERPUse of SQL Server including maintenance, backupsCreating reports for business users and management, ideally using BIRT and MS PowerBI or experience of other reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting ServicesIdentifying and reporting issues/improvements of the ERPBe self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team, particularly in projects involving EFACSUtilise outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex challenges within the EFACSExhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring you can collaborate effectively with individuals at all organisational levelsPossess a thorough familiarity with ERP driven manufacturingKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis: Dive deep into our existing systems and workflows to unearth opportunities for innovation.
