They now require an inquisitive IT professional who enjoys understanding new systems and takes pride in trying to make them better. They are firmly established in their sector and expect significant growth over the next 5 years.Job Function, Technical Knowledge and SkillsExperience and/or a strong interest to support and proactively maintain the company ERP business system within a fast-moving manufacturing environment including:Knowledge of the EFACS ERP business solution or other leading ERPUse of SQL Server including maintenance, backupsCreating reports for business users and management, ideally using BIRT and MS PowerBI or experience of other reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting ServicesIdentifying and reporting issues/improvements of the ERPBe self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team, particularly in projects involving EFACSUtilise outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex challenges within the EFACSExhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring you can collaborate effectively with individuals at all organisational levelsPossess a thorough familiarity with ERP driven manufacturingKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis: Dive deep into our existing systems and workflows to unearth opportunities for innovation. Your insights will pave the way for enhancements that elevate efficiency and productivity.Become the cornerstone of ERP knowledge, offering expert advice and support across all operations. Your expertise will empower our teams to achieve excellence in their operations.Become the first port of call for any ERP system queries. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations and high user satisfaction across the organisation.Bridge the gap between the organisation and our ERP vendor, fostering a partnership that drives continuous improvement and aligns with our strategic goals.Catalogue the bespoke modifications within our ERP system, creating a blueprint that will serve as the foundation for future innovation.Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to understand their unique needs. Your ability to translate these into effective ERP solutions will be key to our ongoing success.Create comprehensive guides and maintain records for all ERP processes, championing best practices and ensuring consistency across the organisation.Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure all team members can leverage the ERP system to its full potential, enhancing productivity and job satisfaction.Oversee system updates, patches, and new integrations, collaborating with external vendors and our IT team to deliver the best EFACS ERP possible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
