Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 Location: Runcorn, WA7 We have an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced, organised and professional Facilities Manager to oversee and lead our FM team in both hard and soft services at our client site. The successful candidate will provide Facilities Management for a prestigious pharmaceutical client facility, coordinating day‑to‑day operations, services and managing teams on site. The Facilities Manager will accurately and efficiently coordinate onsite services per IFM requirements, compliance expectations and guidelines, and will report to the Business Unit Services Director. The role also involves liaising closely with the client and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overarching strategic objectives. Why should you apply? Qualified experience in training & developing a team to ensure standards are always high. Excellent knowledge of soft and hard services. Understanding of mechanical and electrical building engineering services, their design, operation and maintenance desirable. Understanding of financial budgeting, management and control techniques. Working knowledge of service provision contracts and contract administration procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of industry‑related health & safety; IOSH or NEBOSH highly desirable. Flexible approach to working hours to ensure the client receives the best service all the time. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Full UK driving licence with access to personal vehicle.
